Ben is absolutely amazing, he's hard-working and extremely detailed in his job. He walked us through everything day or night. We were first-time home buyers and were so scared at first but Ben was right there ready to jump in and save the day no matter how big or small. We really felt like he took care of us as if we were his own family. He truly listened and executed our needs keeping our best interests at heart. He was on top of lenders, inspections, and anything he could to get our best bang for our buck to where even our friends and family were in awe. We are so pleased with him and our new home. We don't know what we would have done without you.

Ben was absolutely amazing from the first day we spoke and throughout the entire home buying experience. He was totally focused on my personal requirements and took the time to explain every detail as this was my first home purchased. He always responded when I called, emailed, or messaged him, even late at night or really early in the morning. I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a home.

Ben was not only very knowledgeable to work with, but he made the whole process fun! He made sure that we got everything we wanted, as well as ensured the condo we got didn't have any major issues, etc. He made sure we had all of the information we needed during the closing process and was so friendly and patient with us through the process. I would recommend friends and family to work with Ben and his team.

Ben was an amazing real estate agent. This was our first time buying a home and he fought for us and helped us out more than we could've asked for. He definitely went above and beyond to help us purchase our home during these unprecedented times. He was instrumental in having some repairs made after our inspection and getting our below-asking price for the condo.
