If I could give Kevin Troller and South Kitsap Properties 10 stars I would. Kevin was invaluable in helping me sell our house. His expertise and guidance are superb. I live in another State and was able to sell this property with out leaving my home. Doug facilitated this transaction quickly, professionally, and has a great knowledge of the county, as well as the surrounding area. He is a good communicator and made this selling process seamless. Being both first time homebuyers and moving in from outside the area, Jenn proved to be a great realtor and resource. Always quick to respond and very much on top of scheduling showings, going above and beyond, and especially early on in the process when we had to fly in to the area to get to know the area and see new listings. She thoroughly answered any questions and concerns we had about the homebuying process every step of the way. Lots of local knowledge about neighborhoods and area trends. Very helpful with advice about renovations and contractors. Great experience!

Kevin did an amazing job helping us find our home. When we started our house hunting process we were very unprepared, but he was patient and informative throughout the whole process. We could tell he was more concerned with helping us reach our goals than trying to make a quick sale and we couldn't have asked for a better person to help us with such a major life purchase!
