Gary Has helped me buy my first home and my current home so when my mom needed to sell the last of her rentals I knew the ONLY person I wanted helping her was Gary Horton. The renters had turned the house into a hoarder house. It was disgusting to say the least. Gary DOVE in head first told us what we needed to do to get it up on the market, he even showed up a couple times during the process. We got an offer right away!! After an attempt to get it at a lower price we got the original offer they made, Gary is in touch 24/7, returns calls, meets you when and where you need him to! If anyone comes my way for assistance selling or buying I will never send them to anyone other then Gary. I suggest anyone reading this do the same!

My husband and I worked with Gary on our first home purchase. We can't say enough good things about him!
