I must admit I was skeptical about using a Zillow referred agent because despite my love for the Zillow app, I don't typically trust a website? But I was moving to Georgia from Colorado and despite my local agent offering to find me a realtor, I knew she didn't know any personally, so I rolled the dice with Zillow and called Manny up. Well, I hit the jackpot. I've worked with many decent realtors in the past and Manny blows them all away. Not only was Manny a fund and personable guy, but he is incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market, cities, demographics, pricing, financing and home styles throughout the Atlanta metro area, but he went above and beyond to help me. It started with me flying into Georgia and Manny offered to pick me up at the airport. We then immediately started looking at homes which I had previously expressed to him I was interested in various Atlanta suburbs. Manny then picked me up at my hotel the next day to show me more homes that not only was I interested in, but also homes Manny thought might interest me too. Well, it didn't take long on that second day to find my dream home and Manny gave me some valuable negotiation tips in moving forward. Despite the heavy competition, Manny got me my dream home! In addition, Manny has a plethora of wonderful contacts in both home improvements and put me in touch with an amazing broker as well. Overall, Manny was insistent from the start that he would help find me my dream home and he did!

Tia is great to work with and very helpful professional and knowledgeable about the whole process especially given her background in loans and also local market knowledge in the Atlanta metro area which meant a lot for us as first time home buyers
