Patrick and his colleague Cassie D'Agata were AMAZING. They went far above and beyond what I expected from a broker, helping both me and my parents (who are not familiar with the NYC market) navigate the sales process for the first time. He gave us great advice throughout the process, from how to select the best offer to how to deal with the co-op board to make sure our selected buyer was approved. Cassie even met repair people at the apartment to ensure it was ready for the final walk through prior to closing! I would absolutely recommend them to any buyer or seller in New York City, and will definitely be using them for all of my real estate transactions going forward.

I felt immediately at ease with Patrick Lilly and his colleague Cassie D’Agata when they first walked into the apartment that I wanted to sell. <br/><br/>They both shared their extensive knowledge about the New York City market, right down to the neighborhoods and individual buildings. They also spoke of their expertise in pricing and marketing and shared tangible results to back it up. <br/><br/>But they then listened to me – what my overall plans were, what I was hoping to get from the sale, and where I wanted to live next. I knew that Patrick and Cassie would be my partners on this transaction, and that I wasn’t just going to be another notch in their sales belts. <br/><br/>They then mapped out a plan that ultimately turned me into one of their success stories. I had a full-price offer just two days after my first open house. Not long after that, I benefited again from their expertise when they located and negotiated the purchase price for my next dream apartment. I highly recommend them to anyone entering the real estate market in New York.

Patrick and company "go above and beyond" as a matter of course. Responsive, pro-active and remarkably accomodating, its clear they understand they are in the service business and act accordingly. As a result, I have bought/sold a half dozen properties under their guidance.
