We could not be happier with our experience working with Chris Herbst and the entire Keller Williams St. Petersburg team. Chris provided outstanding service, from the first time we met him to discuss our plans to buy a house, through the entire house purchasing process, to after we moved in. He understood our needs, gave us excellent advice, and made an out of state move completely seamless. Chris knows the market well and guided us to our dream house. He took the time to answer all of our questions. We highly recommend him and team.

Chris was wonderful to work with! As an out-of-town buyer, Chris had to be my eyes and ears for the entire transaction. He went above and beyond to find me the perfect home and because of his expert negotiating skills, I got a great deal. The entire process was easy and he made sure that every detail was taken care of. I highly recommend Chris and I will use his services again should the need arise!

Chris Herbst recently facilitated a Florida condo sale for me. He more than fulfilled the responsibilities of a competent realtor; he went above and beyond. Throughout my hunt for a condo and the purchase itself, I was in New Hampshire. He was my eyes and ears, an interpreter of Florida law and condo docs, and truly a friend. He wrote and rewrote contracts and went to properties, keeping me in the loop by camera - always with an eye for what I wanted and needed - and represented me in a fair and friendly manner. His understanding of the market, real estate, and human relations ultimately brought me to the right place. That is quite a feat, as there were many bumps along the way. We talked frequently, he guided the process in my absence, and was always a friendly and trusted presence for me. In short, Chris was absolutely outstanding.

Rob and his team were excellent! We were owners of a Condo in Tampa and our home was a vacation home. We did most of our communication via email and text as we live in Michigan. We had several hurdles to overcome with a very difficult HOA. Rob always stayed persistent and never let down to get the answers. There were 8 other condo's for sale in our complex on different sites, but you could tell which one was ours by the excellent professional photography! Leaps and bounds above the others! Rob and his team always kept us updated and informed. Being 1,200 miles away, Rob even helped us with onsite maintenance for us. He went way above what he was hired to do. I can't imagine going through what we went through with a different realtor. *Disclaimer. We didn't know Rob prior to our Real Estate transaction. I found him on a search site where he had a very high rating, and I can definitely see why! Thank you so much Rob! For only meeting you once, I feel like we all walked away friends. :-)

Chris is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. From start to finish he was so communicative, professional but down to earth funny and incredibly personable! I had some bumps with my first broker and Chris was recommended a local he works with that saved the day! Everyone he recommended along the process was so helpful! Highly recommend!
