Staci has demonstrated professionalism and creativity throughout the years of renting out and the final sale of our apartment. She was always readily available to fix any unexpected issues and managed the property without our presence. Staci was very responsive and helpful in getting us into our new home. She aided greatly in our final selection, following about a dozen property tours. She has a deep working knowledge of the market, it's trends, and she really helped us separate our 'must-haves' from our 'wants'. We took her recommendations on a lender, inspector, and legal counsel, and every one of them was excellent. She was instrumental in helping us navigate the bidding process as well. I'd highly recommend her to anyone at all looking to buy or find a home in Chicago. Especially first-time buyers like us. Thanks, Staci!

Very helpful + knowledgeable. This is the second time she's helped me find a place to rent. Quick to respond, easy to work with, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Working with Staci alleviated most of the stress that comes with finding a new place to rent.

Staci was awesome and a huge help with my move to Chicago. She knew an incredible amount about each neighborhood and asked questions during each showing that had never crossed my mind.
