I worked with Hoady for over a year before we found the right place. He was very patient through that whole process and gave me good advice all the way through. He was great at working around my schedule and whenever i wanted to see a place, he was available that day or the next to go see it. Once we found the right place, we had to move fast and Hoady helped me get the offer out then work through all the remaining details. It was my first home purchase and i really appreciated having a professional I knew i could trust in my corner since it can be a pretty stressful process. I highly recommend Hoady to anyone looking for a house in the Seattle area.

Mr Spencer has been exceptionally responsive and professional both as a buyer and seller agent for us. When under pressure and in difficult circumstances, Mr Spencer never lost his cool and positive attitude. I would recommend him for both selling and buying homes and would use his services in the future.

I was very nervous about selling my house. Hoady was fantastic. His knowledge of the market was extremely helpful. I was very impressed with everything. From the open houses all the way through closing. He always answered his phone and he made me feel like I was the most important client he has ever had. I highly recommend him.

Hoady is the Man!<br/><br/>My wife and I were first-time buyers, so we knew we were going to need someone who could be patient in guiding us through the process of becoming homeowners. To be honest, I was concerned about being stuck with some ungenuine or pushy Real Estate agent, so I was very pleased when I met Hoady and found him to be a really cool and down to earth guy who did not rush us in the slightest. In addition to being a pleasure to work with, Hoady was always prompt in responding to my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he would work to find it. We had a very broad area of focus, but Hoady was able to help us find just the right location for us. He clearly likes what he does and and is great at it!
