John Dean is the very best! It took us three years to find our home and he stuck with us through it all. He was patient and very realistic about the market and trends we would likely see. Additionally, he has an expansive network of providers that are necessary for the home-buying process and beyond, and all of his recommendations were also phenomenal. I cannot imagine ever going with a different real estate agent should we sell our home and buy another in the future.

We worked with John in the past. He's a true professional. In this day and age of high interest rates and lower cash flow it pays dividends to have such a thorough and professional real estate agent to acquire an advantage in this market. John was a pleasure to work with top to bottom. We will definitely be using him in the future for all aspects of real estate.

My wife and I used John J. Dean Jr. as our realtor when buying a house this year, we spoke to a number of other realtors and were impressed with his honesty and frankness, alerting us to the fact that certain areas were outside of our price range where other realtors seemed reluctant to say similar. During our initial talks, he identified a few key characteristics of properties that others tend to overlook, when it came time for open houses, he pointed us to an affordable and beautiful property with such characteristics and we quickly put down and won the offer. He helped walk us through the contingency inspections and navigate the web of legal minutia to make sure there were no unexpected surprises upon closing. John also put us in contact with various lenders, inspectors and movers which made the whole process significantly smoother. Overall we feel lucky to have had such an easy time of it and most of it is thanks to John.

John is the best of the best! I recently worked with John for the second time on the purchase of a home and for the first time on the sale of a home. He is an outstanding realtor and incredibly dedicated to the success of his clients. We spent 8 months in this crazy real estate market searching for the perfect fit and John was with us every step of the way with sound advice and a practical approach. He ultimately saw the potential in a home that we had previously passed over based only on the listing, and when we set foot on the property we fell in love with it. He helped us negotiate a successful offer and, without John's insight and expertise, I don't think we would be in our beautiful new home today! John also worked with us to prepare for the sale of our previous home and brought excellent offers to the table with a closing completed in our desired timeline. I recommend John highly and without reservation for anyone in need of a realtor in greater Boston area.
