Kay has a lot of knowledge about the market, and used an organized strategy for selling our apartment. It's clear she has a lot of experience, and has a sense the needs of buyers and sellers. Our selling experience was smooth and very successful, we were able to sell from 1 day of viewings. She has always responded right away when we had questions and has been very patient and helpful. We would highly recommend her to anyone.

It was an absolute delight to work with Kay on our first home purchase in Brooklyn. Kay helped me to buy my first condo in NYC. Since I'm a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions, she patiently answered all of them one by one. She's actively communicating with my lawyer and bank to follow up all details that I concerned about, it saved each party's time, greatly shorten the closing process.
