My wife and I were referred to Melony and Kelsie Evans of Good Boston Living through a colleague and our experience did not disappoint. This dynamic duo as we called them went above and beyond in support our needs as first-time homebuyers. They not only provide you with a thorough and comprehensive overview of the homebuying process, but they also work with your schedule to determine where and how to proceed. We were fortunate that a condo unit came on the market in a great part of the City and Melony and Kelsie helped us swoop in with an unbeatable offer that secured the unit. They then worked with us to connect us to a lawyer who worked diligently with us up and through closing. All the time, Melony and Kelsie were checking in on us and helping us with direct questions as well as questions we were able to direct elsewhere. Even after closing, they gave us a call to see how everything was going and gave us some great recommendations to help tidy up our new home before moving in. All and all, we could not have asked for a better real estate agent experience. Thank you, Melony and Kelsie!

Our experience working with Melony and her team to find our perfect home was outstanding! She is reliable, supportive, responsive, and very knowledgeable all the steps of the way. In addition, her advice and recommendations (from lenders, lawyers, to house inspectors) are excellent. Specifically, she correctly evaluated the value of the house we were interested in; she negotiated with the seller very efficiently, and we got about our dream home for 50k less than the price asked. My husband and I sincerely appreciated her guidance during the home-buying process, and we highly recommend her.

Melony and her team are total rockstars. A friend who had a wonderful experience working with Melony encouraged us to speak to her. Within 24 hours after our introductory meeting, Melony’s team reached out to us with a prospective property. Little did we know that we were about to see our dream house, and, as is customary with today’s market, have a short window to decide if we were going to jump. Despite the circumstances, we did not feel pressured and we felt like we were able to consider what was important to us to make the right decision. Melony & Kelsie helped us understand why this was the moment to jump and brought both their knowledge of the market and skill at putting together a competitive offer with super speed. The P&S was signed that week and everything ran smoothly through our closing. Melony and her team remained responsive throughout the process and connected us to other professionals who were equally excellent at making the process smooth and accessible to new home buyers. We cannot recommend Melony and her Good Boston Living team highly enough.

We moved to the Boston area from out of state and had a limited window in which to view properties. Melony and her team are amazing. She patiently worked with us to help us learn potential neighborhoods and help us prioritize what we wanted before our visit. Once we toured properties, Melony was insightful, supportive, and strategic and helped us make an offer on our place that was quickly accepted. We're very happy to have worked with Melony and would recommend her to anyone. The Boston real estate market is competitive and intimidating and Melony and her team did so much to make our buying process as seamless as possible.
