He was allways ready to inform me of any house withing my budget, very responsible, he made everithing easy for me, helping & assisting me on any doubts I may had, researching any aspects of my concern, giving me allways solutions, never pressing me to buy, he made sure that I was happy with my choices, giving me ideas, and i never felt presure , he treated me more like a friend, than a customer, thank You Shameer!!!! I recently hired shameer to sell my home for me, and found him to be very knowledagble honest & professional in all aspects of selling a home from marketing to financing and closing... from the very beginning all the way to closing. Shameer is exceptional in that he goes the extra mile to make his client happy and goes above and beyond to get the deal closed in a timely and professional way. This is to acknowledge that my wife and I have had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Mr. Shameer Fazal, who was very much instrumental in the purchase of our dream house. Let me first say tha t before I met Shameer I was on the verge of giving up on my dream of owning a house, and all because of the tremendous frustration, disappointment, lies and even lost of money handed down to me by other real estate agents, who's primary concern was themselves and how they can fill their pockets. I have known Mr. Fazal for over a year (2010-2011) and during this time he was manager and sales agent for my property. I cannot praise Mr. Fazal high enough for the services he provided: • His agent management fee was quite reasonable. • His response time on urgent issues was excellent. • Repairs were handled efficiently at competitive costs. • His reports on issues, rent collection were accurate and timely. • His management of tenants, their apartments and resolution of tenant issues was skillful, especially with a very difficult tenant. • His market analysis for the sale of the property was thorough and accurate. • His advice on needed improvements and repairs in preparation for the sale were right on target. • The sale price set on the property affected an immediate sale for the asking price! • The negotiations were handled smoothly and respectfully.
