Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and really gets involve from beginning to end. He actually listens to you and your needs. He sticks with you throughout the entire process, and beyond. He is extremely responsive whenever you need him. I highly recommend Aaron! He is kind, personable and professional. Everything you hope a realtor to be in such an exhausting and competitive market. He is my realtor for life!

Aaron is a true professional and in his niche! He made the entire home search & buy process a ton easier. I mean night and day from trying to do it on our own. Can’t say enough good things about the guy, he was with us every step of the way allowing for very smooth transitions. 10/10!

Aaron did an outstanding job assisting me with the purchase of my condo. His expertise in the markets geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive purchase price. Aaron was very involved in all aspects of the purchase. He stepped in when he could see that I was getting fed up with the sellers and ready to walk away. He didn’t even complain when I brought my realtor from my home state to help. Aaron fit right in with my team to get this done in a timely manner. Whenever I needed something, Aaron took care of it right away. I will definitely call Aaron if I ever have the news for a future home purchase in the Hampton Roads area.

Aaron not only "hung in there" with us for the months long process of finding the perfect home but he made it easy by being a complete professional. Always super prepared and knowledgeable and always kept within the boundaries of what we were looking for. This was not our first home purchase and Aaron Holliday is hands down the best realtor that we have used!

Working with Aaron was awesome. From the beginning, he set me up with a great lender (Chris Arthur). I wanted to explore multiple options and he was able to provide me with 4 additional names, and a couple specific companies he had worked with in the past. After my due diligence with them, I opted for Chris all the way. Secondly, Aaron helped me figure out what I actually wanted. I thought any home would do, but turns out I wanted a new construction or newly renovated due to my limited budget for updating. His guidance led the way on that, and we actually ended up switching zip codes to find me what I was looking for. There were a couple curve ball requests on my part, and at first Aaron wasn't quite sure what to do with it- but he utilized his team and his network and found us the best answers to move forward. That’s the only reason I give 4 stars there instead of 5. He didn't have all the answers, but he knew exactly who to turn to in order to find them. He kept the timelines moving the way they were supposed to, encouraged me to look at additional properties when things felt dicey, took the time to really understand what it was I wanted and pulled some properties out of a hat that I hadn't even considered. When it came time to negotiate, he helped me find comparable homes in the area and we offered 30K under, agreeing at 23K under. The appraisal came in just over my ratified offer, so I am thankful we didn’t go full price! Ultimately, I did not close on the property through no fault of his or my own, but I am excited to get back out there and work with him and Chris again later this summer. What really sold it for me was even though he had 'his guy' he very helpfully provided equally great options for lenders for me to explore, and when I asked questions he didn't have the answer to (because they were curveballs) he did the work and found out in a very timely manner. Aaron is very patient and is able to explain every step of every part of the process to you if needed. 10/10 recommend. OH! And the fact that he has grown up in the 757 area helps out when viewing properties and looking for certain local features. He knows the school districts, shopping, dining, night life... whatever you need for whatever stage of life you are in. Aaron really is your favorite Holliday, and the realtor to go to when you’re ready to close.
