Abby and her team (Lyn and Lea) were so helpful in selling our home. They took care of the stress and let us focus on moving. Though our buyer's agent was significantly subpar and his inexperience and lack of attention caused a lot of delays and headaches, Abby and her team got things on track. They always answered my questions and were reachable. She set us up with a great exterior painter to modernize our high-end home to match our interior. The beautiful pictures and videos they arranged turned out amazing. We received multiple offers for our asking price. I have sold multiple houses on my own but I would definitely use Abby and her team again.

Abby and her team were so incredible to work with. From the pre listing meetings and assessments to the way they worked with us on showings, finding potential buyers, and then walking us through the entire closing was amazing. That doesn't even mention that they helped us find and purchase a new property all at the same time. I can't say enough phenomenal things about this team. And they are really a team of all stars. Abby was incredible, had fantastic advice (that we almost always took) Lyn was a delight to talk with and helped get everything setup and moving in the right direction, and then Lea who came in for the closing process and managed to make this process so smooth! I would recommend this group (and have) to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Central Florida!

Abby was not helpful nor did want to work. She had myself and my wife do all the leg work and refused to help. She was only there to collect a commission check. I did call her assistant and explained the situation and that we were not happy with the unprofessionalism to which we were treated. Unfortunately we had to release Abby and go with a hard working realtor. We are now happy and continuing our search for a new home.

Abby and her team were great in helping us get our dream home! They answered all our questions quickly and always made themselves available. There was also a lovely personal touch as they congratulated us for birthdays and such.
