The A team are knowledgeable/ trustworthy / professional partners throughout the offer to closing process. They understood the market value in a unusual time for property values. They provided frequent emails with next steps and status of action items. Also my many questions on best practices for setting up the deed, working with HOA, checklist for tasks to complete to close including third party service recommendations and facilitation. I came to expect 'nothing less' from the team.

We’ve bought and sold several houses and this by far was the easiest sale we’ve done. Adam and Amy kept us up to date on the process so we would know what to expect and what and when we needed to do anything.
