If you are looking for a knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient realtor, look no further than Adam. My wife and I were first time home-buyers who were in a hurry to get into a house because we had a baby on the way. The minute any house came on the market that met our needs, Adam let us know. When we found the right one, he wasted no time in the negotiation process and even setup the inspection with a local inspector that was not only inexpensive but incredibly thorough. When we had trouble finding a lender who would process our application quickly, he connected us with a loan officer who expedited our loan application and closing date. Needless to say, 6 days after we moved in, our baby was born. Hiring Adam as our Realtor was one of the best decisions we made (other than deciding to have a baby). After working with Adam for several months and finally deciding to buy my first house, I can say he made the process go extremely smooth and I was very pleased with how professional he was the entire time. I know that I am very picky and after looking at 20+ properties with Adam, he never once complained and in fact he was eager to help me find what I was truly looking for in my first home. Adam made the buying experience (which I was dreading) an incredibly fun adventure and its obvious that he is a very genuine person and truly has your best interests at heart. There is something refreshing about working with an 100% honest person who will go way out of their way to make sure you find your dream home and I hope others are as lucky as I was to have worked with him in finding mine. I would highly, highly recommend him for any real estate decisions.

Adam was fantastic! He tirelessly helped us find and buy our new home. We were living 2 hours away from where we eventually settled and Adam worked very hard to deal with that challenge. He found us several homes to view based on our requests, and always made time in his schedule to meet us when we could make the 2 hour drive to view the homes. Adam always promptly returned our calls, provided us information and recommendations about the area to which we moved, and above all helped us immensely when it came to actual negotiation and purchase of the home we settled on. Adam is a true professional realtor, and we could not have been more happy with our experience!

Adam was amazing and went the extra mile with us. We were not typical clients and took a long time to finally make a decision. We never felt rushed and he continued to check in with us keep us informed of any new information. Once we found the right home he was always quick with paperwork and information needed, and was very helpful with inspections. We will for sure be using Adam again in the future.

We used Adam as a buyers agent, to look at a few homes around the area. He was nearly unresponsive. The only time I ever heard from him was after I sent him a list of properties that I found online to check on their availability. The only thing he ever did for us was call the listing agents and set up visits, something I could have done myself. Dispite giving him many chances and asking him to come up with other listings to show us, he never did. I was also disappointed to see that he decitefuly slipped a contract into one offer that he did write up for us that kept us stuck with this agent, who doesn't properly do his job, for four months. I would never recommend this agent to anyone.
