Aleksandra is an awesome person! Friendly, informative, and overall very helpfull. She helped me navigate all the paper work and had no problem explaining things to me, sometimes multiple times. Alexandra was with me every step of the way and got me into a wonderfully home. Without Alexandra I'd probably be living in a van down by the river or something.. Thank you Alexandra!!

My wife and I, being first time buyers are very thankful and grateful that we were teamed up with Aleksandra in the purchasing of our new home.  She went above and beyond the regular realtor in helping us with all aspects of the process.  She spent much time in showing us properties, pointing out the good and bad in all of them.  She didn’t rush us in making a purchase just so she could make a sale.  She explained the details of what could and couldn’t be done when using a VA loan for purchase.  This was extremely helpful.  Once we settled on a home she coached us in the getting of inspectors for structural and HVAC.  This proved to be very helpful in finding things that needed to be corrected before we signed.  She also worked with our home builder and mortgage lender to get us very decent rebates on closing costs and appliances.  Aleksandra was wonderful in helping us with this very stressful process and we can’t thank her enough.  If you get a chance to have her on your side you will feel the same way June and I feel about her.  Thank you again  Aleksandra. Aleksandra is one of the best agents out there. This was my first home purchase and I was completely unfamiliar with the process. Aleksandra expertly and patiently guided me through each step - housing search, lender management, negotiation, inspections, repairs, and closing - until I finally landed a house that matched what I was looking for.
