Alex was a great agent for us in buying our new home at The Dunes in Marina. He spent over a year with us exploring the Monterey Peninsula area until eventually finding the best option for us. He was patient, a great expert and advisor, and helped us ID mortgage options. He was an excellent listener and helped us understand our priorities better. We will work with help again if we ever decide to find another home here.

Alex Brant was amazing in every aspect of selling our house. At first meeting he was respectfully dressed in a blue blazer. Assuring us he would be with us every step of the way. Alex used modern advertising techniques and many open house events. Persevering during a tricky time in the real estate market. Never afraid of jumping in with hard work getting landscaping looking fresh, and dealing with tree removal emergencies. Always helpful in keeping my spirits hopeful when I needed encouragement. What a wonderful gentleman who got our house SOLD!

Alex is a rock star. He is always on top of things, very responsive, friendly, helpful, gives great advice, encouraging, supportive and so much more. He never blinked an eye when we had to back out of an unsuitable property and start our home search all over. During a crazy seller’s market, Alex patiently helped us prepare 6 offers before we were finally successful. That was through no fault of his own. It was just the market. Thanks to Alex for all of his hard work and dedication, we are now happily settled in our new home. We will actually miss working with him.
