Upon meeting Alex for the first time, he was kind and professional. He listened really listened to what I was looking for in a home purchase. He also sent me ideas of homes I may be interested in. This resulted in me finding my forever home. He is very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable and each question was answered. I would recommend Alex to any individual, or family who looking to buy a home.

We had the best experience working with Alex finding a first perfect home for my niece and her boyfriend over the last few months. Alex was very accommodating and punctual in meeting our needs and expectations. There was no pressure from him, and everything moved along at the pace they needed it to. Regardless of the hassle or travel, Alex made our requests happen. We value his opinion and his expertise and what he felt was important for our first home . He was honest with us which was greatly appreciated. of course being a first time home buyer, we had plenty of questions which he got all the answers to us in a timely manner. Alex made us feel at ease and very relaxed during the whole process. We even got to close early which thrilled us immensely. Alex was not only a great realtor, but also became a good friend. I have zero complaints about Alex. He is professional (easy going), knowledgeable, and very responsive. He helped my wife and me find our new home in Menomonie. After a day full of house showings, he worked with us to put down an offer late the same day. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Alex made our first time buying a home a great experience! We weren't familiar with the home buying process, but he walked us through each of the steps, and explained everything in layman's terms so we understood and could make informed decisions. Alex was very professional and worked quickly. He helped us coordinate with other professionals (home inspector, loan officer, insurance agent, etc.) so that everything went smoothly. We bought our house using a VA loan, which Alex was familiar with, which helped us to navigate that process more efficiently. We are so excited to enjoy our new home, and can't thank Alex enough for his hard work and dedication in helping us find the perfect house!

As a first time home buyer I was completely clueless as to what the home buying process all entailed. At the initial meeting with Alex, he explained every step in layman's terms so I wasnt left more confused than before. The first house we found fell through, leaving me so discouraged- I wanted to throw in the towel, but he never gave up looking for the perfect place for me to call home. Id recommend Alex to anyone thats looking to buy or sell their home!
