Alex helped my mother purchase a coop in Forest Hills. From the start he was professional and knowledgeable about the listing. We explained our timeline and situation, and he was willing to work with us to get things done. He seemed genuinely interested in helping us with the purchase. Very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

i'm really grateful a friend referred me to Alex. i felt like he was truly honest and looking out for my best interest. there were a couple of places where he pointed things out that i def would've regretted later but i didn't notice initially bc i was blinded by how cute the place was. he wanted to make sure i found a home that really fit what i was looking for and i think we did. super trustworthy, thanks again Alex!

Living 1,000 miles away, I had no knowledge of the real estate environment in NYC, but Alex was recommended when I was tasked with handling my uncle's estate co-op sale. He attracted several prospects and we negotiated a successful sale above list price after receiving numerous offers on the property. He is a true professional and I had no issues whatsoever.

Alex Munoz is without a doubt one of the most professional people I have ever had the pleasure to meet and work with. He had every base covered with meticulous persistence. He also went beyond the call of duty I might add making sure I was satisfied with my dissection.
