We had previously worked with Alex when my brother in law was looking for a home. Alex listened to what he was looking for and was dedicated to finding him the perfect home within the price point, and area that he wanted. He worked around his schedule and had at least 4-5 houses for him to look at every time they met. Within 3 weeks of working with him he was able to find him a beautiful home and the whole process took approx 2 months from beginning to end. So when my Fiancé and I decided that we wanted to start looking for a home of our own you would think we would have naturally went to Alex, but we started working with another realtor that was recommended to us from a different family member and it was a Mistake from the beginning!!! The realtor we started with just did not listen to our concerns or price point at all. For 6 MONTHS we were shown houses in bad areas, homes that were way over our price point, taken to lots of homes that cancelled showings “last minute” because nobody was home or the keys were not in the lock box, and homes that needed so much work! We were constantly told that we needed to raise our home budget to a higher amount, and that the horrible homes that were being shown to us were the only ones available to us because of our budget. It was a very exhausting, disappointing, and discouraging experience to say the least. So we had to part ways with that realtor and finally decided to call Alex. We were able to meet with him right away and go over our concerns and home budget. Again, he did not disappoint and once we got qualified he was able to line up 4 houses for us to see right away. He made it so easy for us to call or text him with any questions and if he wasn’t able answer our call he would call or text us back right away. Alex worked around our schedule and arranged for us to see houses every weekend. By the 4th weekend of looking at houses he told us that he wanted to show us a new home that just hit the market and wanted us to go see it right away. When My Fiancé and I saw the home and walked through we knew it had to be OUR HOME! Once we told Alex we wanted to make an offer he was on it! He negotiated with the seller back and forth and the day he called us to say that they accepted our offer we were EXTATIC! From that point on we were in constant communication throughout the whole process from opening to closing! The day that Alex gave us our keys was the Happiest moment in our lives and it is the best feeling to know that you finally have a home of your own! We are home for the holidays and we owe it all to Alex! There are not enough thank you’s to even express how deeply grateful we were to have him guide us through the home buying process but from the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU!!!

What an amazing realtor really goes Far and Beyond to satisfy his clients I really don't believe that we would be in this amazing home if it wasn't for Alex on our side highly recommended no one else Compares in my opinion

Alex is very knowledgeable with what he does. He answered all our questions and was always available to see homes even with a short notice. After we bought our home, he still continues to offer assistance when ever we call him.

I have only one major concern with regards with the house we bought thru Mr Rodriguez , he hired this home expector , thinking he would be in favor on our side, the buyer , would tell us that the house has termite. We closed already moved in without being fumigate yet . the concern here is to" close the deal and take care of termite later thing" . He chose this termite company without even inspecting copied what the other termite company suggested. After fumigation we were robbed and burglarized. Nothing was lost inside at all but anything outside were all taken as if " you left this outside this is our" yet the house is open and protected only with a tent but nothing was lost. This all happened because Alex Rodriguez didn't tell us about this. The home inspector didn't even mention anything about the termite , Mr Rodriguez paid for the service. It stupid of me to trust what I read in reviews. I would still recommend Alex but be diligent and careful this nightmare may happen to you.

I had worked with four different agents prior to meeting Alex. Thanks to Alex we got a great home hassle free at a great price. He turned out to be very honest never promised anything he couldn't deliver. Most importantly was always available especially being a first time buyer I had a lot a questions, never had a problem contacting him any time any day.
