Alex was wonderful to work with. This was a difficult process as this was my mother’s home who had recently passed away. Also, I do not live in the state of Florida so this was all done online or via text. Alex was on top of everything and a consummate professional.

Alex exceeded all expectations and provided such exceptional customer service that I felt I must share my experience. I had been thrust into a position of being a POA which entailed selling a property in Florida that I had never seen and due to the pandemic, could not travel to from New York. So, Alex was my eyes and ears and I had to rely entirely on his advice, description of the property, marketing efforts and communication. I was in a vulnerable position and felt extremely fortunate to have found a person who was so honest, forthright, energetic and who kept me constantly informed of showings, feedback, and market conditions. This property was comparatively low priced, so I was impressed with the efforts he put forth in marketing the property and the service he provided to me. I had retired from working at a federal lending organization and had over 30 years’ experience in working with agents while marketing our inventory property. So, without reservation I can say that Alex Scopino is one of the best agents I have come across... ever! I would not hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell or buy a property.

Alex was a pleasure to work with when we were selling our Mom’s house! We had an offer 2 & 1/2 days after the house hit the market and we closed quickly with absolutely no issues!! I have bought a and sold many houses and this transaction was by far the easiest and we did it all from New York! Can’t say enough about how great this sale went! Thank you so much Alex!!
