I had a checklist of what I wanted in our new home and Martha found us the home that had absolutely everything! She was so patient with us trying to decide between a brand new home and a previously built one. The entire process took one month from starting to look to closing! Couldn’t have been smoother. Connecting with Alex Vallejos is the best decision we made concerning the sale of our home. Alex, along with Ruby and Martha were absolutely great to work with. Alex answered all our questions to our satisfaction, returned calls promptly, notified us of any scheduled showings and kept us informed and updated regarding the sale. He made very good recommendations which we would not have thought of on our own. He had the home nicely staged and photographed to attract interested buyers. To list a home during the holidays of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve was discouraged by many friends; however, Alex prepared everything needed and to our surprise, we had many showings. As soon as the house was ready to present to perspective buyers, Alex immediately had an open house. Ruby was so organized and on top of any paperwork that needed our attention. Although we only spoke through telephone, text or e-mail, Ruby was an absolute joy to work with. Martha staged the house so beautiful that we hoped we had known her earlier to decorate when we actually lived in the home. Alex and the Sandia Homes team are the best. After changing realtors to the Sandia Homes team they helped up get our home dressed up and ready to sell. Within a short period we had an acceptable offer. Then Alex really helped us get into our dream home with some great negotiating skills. We are now living happily ever after.
