Alexis Lunsford is the absolute best! She works incredibly hard, has a tremendous amount of patience, is a phenomenal communicator, and truly makes you feel like family. We had very specific criteria in only one zip code and with a budget on the working class end. She found us our forever home and helped lift me up when I would start to feel discouraged while we searched. She’s lived and worked in the ILM forever so she knows the community (and beyond) front and back and she fully understands the market. She has all the answers you’ll need from schools to neighborhoods to restaurant recommendations. We’re so happy we were referred to Alexis!

She was very informative and helpful. Needed help because I was not able to Make it to the viewing for a rental. She worked with me to make sure I can be able to put my application in.

WOW, how can I even begin to leave a review for this amazing lady! I started the home buying process just for fun, I truly didn't believe I would really be able to buy a home of my own, on my own, at 27. Alexis didn't mind, and she showed me different places and price points for whenever I actually was ready to buy. She didn't care about an immediate paycheck, she just cared about me finding the RIGHT place whenever that time came. Months later I was ready to finally dive in. The next few months was a whirlwind. We finally found a townhome that I fell in love with and Alexis did everything in her power to make sure I got the place, even with different offers on the table! When it appraised lower than listed, she worked with the lender and other agents to get my purchase price lowered as well. She is so dedicated she was responding to questions on nights, weekends, and even when she was on vacation in Mexico! I truly wouldn't be living in my personal dream home without the guidance, knowledge, tenacity and support of Alexis Lunsford. If you are looking for a realtor LOOK NO FURTHER! Thanks again, Alexis!
