After having our 3rd child my wife and I realize that our home was a bit too small for our growing family. Alfred had helped a family member get their home and maintained contact with us through out the years with simple but meaningful emails. We decided to give Alfred a call and we are so glad we did. Alfred was extremely knowledgeable and put our agenda before anything else. The whole process was a very pleasant experience right from the first meeting. Alfred took the time to explained every single step of the process and provided a clear pathway to out new home with our best interest in mind. Eventhough our situation was complex Alfred's approach and industry knowledge made the entire process seem easy. My kids, wife and I just love our new home and appreciate all the hard work put in by Alfred to get us our home. My family consider Alfred much more than our Realtor, he's now a friend to our family. Alfred was amazing in the whole process from selling our home and getting us into a new home. Our personal experience was great! He was easy to communicate, great personality, readily available, showed us houses that met our criteria, the team he works with equally as good. We were able to sell our house and get into a new house within 6-7 weeks. A very pleasant experience would definitely recommend him if you are looking to list or purchase!

Alfred is an amazing agent he listens very carefully to what you want in a home and them goes above and beyond to find you the perfect home. He is very detail oriented when finding you the perfect match for your home. Alfred hit a grand slam with the home we ended up buying. We could not be any happier with our purchase. Alfred is an amazing person as well due to our experience with his he in now part of our extended family.

Very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. Made a deal happen that only if you have previous experience can manage and close the deal. Not many people would approach a dwelling w renters that haven't paid in months. Well he did, came up w a strategy and closed. I recommend Alfred, and can't wait to deal w him again. Thanks brotha!

Wow I have to say working with alfred has been a real blessing there is no other realtor I would of perffered to walk me thru every process of buying a home than this man here. working with alfred these past few months have truly been amazing I've learned so much from him he always took the time to listen and provide the best kind of feedback. For any one in the market to buy a home or a first time home buyer like myself I recommend you come to alfred first it will be the best decision you make in the first step of buying your new home i know it was for me.
