Alice is GREAT! She knows about festivals, shopping, dining, and local events. Very knowledgeable about the area, very forthcoming, very punctual, very professional.

First off if you need to buy or sell you better be calling Alice. She is absolutely amazing, professional and she gets stuff done. She was a fantastic realtor on the house we just bought. Even when the seller and their agent lied and faltered, Alice was on top of it at all times. She’s brilliant!!!!!!!

Alice helped us purchase our first home this year. She is a incredible realtor. She was very patient with me and my fiancé. Since we never owned a home before she went through everything we needed to know. If we had questions she would answer them day or night. She knew the areas very well. She stayed on top of all the paperwork, which showed us we were priority. Her personality was so welcoming that it made us enjoy working with Ms. Alice. She is a amazing woman and a amazing realtor.

We used Alice to sell our current home and help us buy our new home. She knew the ins and outs of both processes and was very quick to respond to our questions. We absolutely loved working with her during this process. She listened to our concerns and issues and it showed in her actions and the houses she found for us. She was also with us the whole way during the negotiation process and really provided valuable advice to help steer us in the right direction. She truly looked out for our best interests which was refreshing in this field. She was amazing and we have already told others about her. We wish we could use her forever! You will not be making a mistake using her services!

She is great, responsive, professional and caring. With the market not being so good in Martinsburg WV, Ms. MaCain was able to find a potential buyer in a short period timeframe. Currently my home is under contract. I definitely recommend her.
