Alice was recommended to me by a friend of mine, and referred to as a top agent one could have. That is totally true. This was my first ever experience in real estate and Alice acted not only as the top professional, but also as someone who would help with all anxiety, worries and uncertainties that come along with the process. She was always ahead of all the steps, very responsive, very supportive, just what I needed. Being in this field for so many years, seems like she knows everyone and everyone knows her, which definitely helps in this state of the market.

Alice is a true professional at the top of her game. I don't know how she maintains her passion for her job after 25 years, but that passion will sell your place. You can see her eyes light up when she first walks in and you can see the wheels turning, determining how to transform a space from average to spectacular. When you list with Alice, you don't get an understudy, a "team", or anything except Alice - and Alice appears to be accessible 24/7. During our condo updates she was always responsive to questions or advice on what finishes or materials to use. Her stager is amazing and took the place up another notch. Once we listed, Alice was obviously in her element, hosting showings and negotiating offers. During escrow she was ahead of every deadline, ensuring that all ran smoothly. W e can't recommend Alice highly enough and we're looking forward to working with her again soon!

Alice was wonderful to work with. She got a tough deal done by working with all the various partners, She helped to stage the house beautifully. Whenever there was Interest she was there to show the property. Highly recommend!

We have worked with Alice on two transactions and both have gone smoothly. The most recent one we put an offer on a house contingent on the sale of our current home. Though the seller wasn’t accepting contingent offers initially, with Alice’s help she was able to negotiate our terms with them. We only had to have one open house and had an offer within a couple days which we accepted. The icing on the cake was the smooth transition of closing on both sales in one day. I’ve heard this is rare, but Alice made it happen so that we could seamlessly move into our new home without paying renting back to our buyers for the old place. Alice has a talent for developing rapport with other agents in order to communicate and negotiate effectively. She also has a creative eye for interior design and staging. She’ll make your home look stunning with your own furnishings! Alice is a one of a kind agent because I believe she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to be happy in their new home.
