I first met Alison at the bottom of the market in 2008. She helped me buy my first condo. Not only did she help me buy it, she also helped me rent it out when times got tough, and then ultimately helped me sell it when times got tougher. My experience with her was easy and refreshing. She's real and will give it to you straight every time. Over the past 14 years, she has been my go-to agent. I did have one other agent in-between for a small condo at some point, but was less than impressed with his skills and wound up back with Alison. She's never steered me wrong. Over the years I've been able to call her for her assistance with writing rental leases, and/or to get solid advice on property that I've been interested in renting to make sure it was legit and not some craigslist scam. I've owned a three condos over the years, but always wanted a house of my own. Like a House - house, not just some starter home or condo. This is the roughest market I've ever seen and her advice got me and my family into a real home, just in the nick of time. She knows what she's doing and how to write an offer that is more appealing to a seller, even if the offer is less than the maximum offer on the property. It also helps if you have good credit and have all your ducks in a row for her to work with. She's great but you also have to do your part. And lastly, even though other realtors tried to poach me from her (shame on you, you know who you are) I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Alison. She is the best!

Alison is a rock star! We so enjoyed working with her. She guided us through the home buying process and stayed on top of everything. We always felt well taken care of. I highly recommend Alison to help with all your real estate needs!

Alison was incredibly helpful, nice, and knowledgeable, with extraordinary disposition, helped us find a home and guided through the entire process of home loan acquisition and home inspection and purchase. We highly recommend Alison to anyone seeking to purchase property at La Jolla or surrounding locations.

Alison was absolutely wonderful to work with- the attention to detail and sense of urgency was beyond our expectations. She provided additional information regarding the local market which solidified our desire to purchase in the La Jolla area.

She was great to work with, I would use her in the future. Kept us up to date on the transaction. Took time to personally respond to me on a house that my wife and I were very interested in.
