I had an investment property in SW Atlanta that I had frankly given up on. I had tried on and off for a few years to sell or rent the property all to no avail. Once Allen got involved, things started to move. Once he listed it, we started getting offers and he was always quick to get things moving. Soon we ran into a snag with the bank. They kept telling us that the short sales were not "approved by the investors". Well, after Allen did some digging, he found out that my mortgage was part of a bankruptcy case which had made it impossible for a sale to occur before. Upon learning this, Allen helped me get in touch with the office of Congressman David Scott whose office then got involved. A lady from that office (Ms. Myah Duboise) helped get more information and we were eventually given a person to work with. Long story short, the house got sold yesterday! Through all the ups and downs, Allen was there. I truly believed he had my best interest at heart throughout the process. He is an honest, direct and hard working person and I would definitely recommend him to any and everyone.

After meeting Allen Rodi during my house hunting experience I quickly found him to be a people person . He asked questions and knew exactly what I was looking for . His availability and teamwork in finding what I was looking for was great ! I will recommend him to others ..

He was wonderful to work with. Came to me, I had my property for sale by owner he talked with me about my options and how using a realtor would get me more money and less headache and he was right! If I ever buy again in the Smyrna area I'll be calling Allen Rodi

I hired Allen as my selling agent for a property I owned in Smyrna, GA. I live in Houston, TX, but Allen made the entire process seamless for me. I never had to travel to Atlanta. Prior to listing the house, Allen inspected the property and provided good feedback on where I should spend money to get the property ready for sale. He also provided recommendations for repair contractors and handymen. During the repair/polishing stage, Allen routinely checked on the progress and provided me with good communication. After the repairs were complete, we discussed the listing price, and Allen recommended listing below our desired price in an effort to attract more potential buyers. Once listed, Allen aggressively marketed the property by having an open house within three days of listing the property. His strategy on the list price worked! We had five offers on the property within 1 week of listing. Furthermore, the buyer demand pushed the buyer's offer price up to our desired sale price. The property closed practically within 30 days of being listed. I couldn't have asked for a better seller's agent experience.

Allen Rodi is a great guy and did everything he said he would do. Great to work with. He said he would sell our home within 90 days and he did. He was up front with us every step of the way and made suggestions to help sell our home.
