I have served our community and the visitors to Florida since 1995 as a career Fireman and Paramedic and was recently honored as "Hero of The Year for 2020". I have forged my love for the sea and fishing into an amazing legacy of travel and IGFA world records. For many years I fished as crew on the "Spirit of Pilar", which is responsible for more than 108 International Game Fish Association World records. My travels have allowed me to compile an extensive list of business contacts, close friends and family from various destinations worldwide; Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, Bermuda, Azores, Trinidad, Bahamas, Brazil and Australia to name a few. I am a member of the International Association of Firefighters, the Florida Cattleman's Association and of course The National Association of Realtors. I take great pride in forming relationships as the priority, over transactions. I have made a life long career of helping people in need, which lends itself to a logical transition into helping people find their Florida Dream Home. Mia was a pleasure to work with. From the moment we were in contact with Mia she made every step in the process as smooth as possible. I had a difficult time on the closing of my property in NY. There were many delays but Mia kept us updated throughout. During the closing of our home in Heron Creek, Mia provided us with all the information we needed to make our move to our new home as simple as possible. Mia provided us with contact information for all of our utilities, our mortgage broker, our homeowners association and a contractor. I can't imagine it could have gone any better without her. Listing process was excellent. Listing photos were very professional and done in a timely manner. Had 3 offers the first day. Allen was always available to consult and advise during the entire listing and selling process.

Mia and the team are absolutely amazing! Mia walked me through the process in detail and answered all of my questions. She sent me leads several times a week. I am new to the home buying process and wanted to see everything! Mia had the best attitude and encouraging when my offer was rejected. We have been working with Allen from long distance while we were still living in California. He was great at scheduling our time effectively when we were in Florida. He knows the market well and ultimately the future value of the property we purchased. He educated us on how to spot good construction from sub par work, What I appreciated the most about working with him was he provided us with the information which allowed us to make a decision. It was a very professional and pleasant experience working with Allen.
