Allen helped my parents buy their first house in NY 15 years ago and helped me find my perfect first home last year. He is very helpful, knowledgeable, personable and by the process very easy and painless. Wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else!

WOW! If you want the most enjoyable “soup to nuts” transaction, Allen is your realtor! The moment we started working with Allen he got right to work! He answered all our phone calls and had a prompt responses to all our questions. Allen was our realtor for both transactions for buying and selling homes. We put an offer in on our new home and simultaneously put our house on the market. Allen had our house sold on the first showing! We our truly happy with our home...thanks to Allen....he made it a pleasurable experience.

This was our first experience with buying a home. Alan was there to help us every step of the way and remained diligent and patient throughout. He weathered all the storms that came up and was excellent at communicating with us and everyone involved. I have already recommended him to friends who were also very happy with how great of a job Alan does.

Allen was great to work with. He went above and beyond and was always available to take a phone call/text/email. He took the time to do several open houses and followed up on every lead. It was not the smoothest process but having Allen in our corner helped!
