You can't go wrong with Beverly, she is a rockstar! She helped both sell and buy our last homes during a very tough market and stressful times. Her knowledge is extensive in every point of the process and she will ask and answer many questions you won't even think to ask. She was calm, professional and always had our backs and interests at the forefront of each step and transaction. There was only one person that came to mind when I became ready to begin the search for my home, Bev Ramm! I have known Bev for many years and I knew that her level of professional expertise was beyond what others could offer. She collaborated with me for about six months until we found my home and she guided me through the entire purchase process. Bev could size up a property and detect things like potential structural issues, old electrical panels, aging roof, pools in need of repair, solar leases that I would have to assume, to name a few. This type of knowledge comes from experience and making it your business to continually educate yourself. She has an exceptional grasp of market values too. Bev has been super helpful even after the purchase of my home. She has given me several great professional referrals and answered many homeowner questions. She has remained dedicated long after the closing of my home. She is the best agent I know and would never consider using another.

Beverley has been a wonderful friend for many years.
