My husband and I worked with Allison Barnett to put our house on the market in Georgia and sell it at the end of May. Allison was amazing, going above and beyond for us and always being an absolute pleasure to work with. One of the things I greatly appreciated about having her as our realtor was her communication style; Allison made sure to keep us informed of what was happening with putting the house on the market, the viewings, and the offers we received. We never felt in the dark, and if we had a question she was quick to get back to us with an answer or a suggestion. I'm also grateful to Allison for being so understanding throughout the process and holding space for me to experience the stress and fears that accompany a major endeavor like selling your house and moving to another state. Another thing we appreciated about working with Allison was her honest, upfront approach to selling our house; she gave us guidance in a way that was best aligned for us, and she provided industry knowledge that helped guide us in our decisions. We genuinely felt like we were working with someone who had our best interests at heart. Hiring Allison for my real estate needs has been my best decision yet. For buying a home I told her my goals at the very beginning of our search and she patiently made me stick with them, even when I was getting very impatient. Her experience in sales and renovations was invaluable when picking a home. She also helped us write the strongest offer possible to win our dream home! Selling our home with her went even better. She made sure our house looked top notch and was able to get us listed and open house scheduled in very short notice. Our home sold for well over list price in less than a week! I will be recommending her to everyone I know and will only use her for my future real estate needs!

Allison is absolutely amazing! I had worked with a few other agents in the past, but she blew them all out of the water instantly! Allison will fight for you at every turn, whether she's your buying agent or selling agent (or both like she was for us). She is always available to answer any question you have, and you can always call or text her to talk about anything. Allison has a lot of great ideas and takes extra steps to help you get the best deal possible. She is straightforward, open, and honest. Additionally, she's not just your agent - she becomes a lifelong friend. During the sale and purchase of our homes, she was like a second mother to me, which was so comforting during such a stressful time. If you want an agent who actually cares about you and your home, Allison is the agent you want to go with! I HIGHLY recommend her!

Allison was a joy from day one! Always such a positive vibe with tons of encouraging advice and words along the way. I was nervous about buying my new home and she helped me through it without pushing us and we are forever grateful for the amount of help and time she provided us with.
