Amanda was extremely helpful both buying and selling the same home after an unexpected relocation. She went above and beyond with marketing and sales strategies, and execution. In addition she was always available to help with needs for the house when we were unavailable. Highly recommended!

Amanda was a pure pleasure to work with. Amanda listened to my wants and desires and followed them. She only took me to homes that fulfilled my list. Amanda went and took video of some homes when I was out of town. Once I decided on the one she was wonderful at helping me through the process and once it was accepted she continued to answer my questions and help wherever I needed. Amanda is very professional and will help anyone find their new home.

We met Amanda Cabe when we were searching for lake property on Lake Oconee. She met us to show us the house we ended up buying, because our other realtor wasn't available. Boy am I glad we worked with her! She is very knowledgeable about the areas around Lake Oconee. She really helped us make a good offer and helped us also bid on the property next door (which we ultimately decided against buying). She is helpful without being pushy, very knowledgeable, professional, and went out of her way to be responsive to our needs. She also is extremely honest and trust-worthy. I would recommend her highly!

Amanda Cabe helped us as a buyers agent and then again as our selling agent. She sold our lake home in less than 30 days for full price. Her knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm is unmatched. Out of the 9 realtors that we have used with our moves in the past, she is by far the best we have ever had. She knows how to sell, promote, and stage a home. She understands the market and mortgage lending. In addition, she is nice, well spoken, and funny. You will love her!
