We did not have what I imagine as a normal sale due to several factors involving a family trust (that owned the house). Karen was on top of the obstacles we encountered. I'm big on communication and she was always responsive in a timely manner. I talked with a few realtors prior to selecting Karen and I could not be happier with my decision to go with Karen. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Theresa is truly one of a kind and goes beyond the call of duty. She listens to your wants and needs in what your looking for in your next home and takes it to heart, working long hours to find the home that is just right for your family, even if it takes months!! She is not pushy, she is a wealth of knowledge when asking her opinion on certain aspects of a home, and she is not afraid to point out concerns. Cindy was an absolute joy to work with. She helped us sell our parents home which they had lived in for 60+ years. Amanda was exceptional! Despite some twists and turns that came up with the seller, she was a real trooper. She stay on top of the entire process and kept me apprised. This was a closing at Christmas and I couldn’t make it to the water company to transfer the water. Amanda volunteered to take care of it so I didn’t have to worry if I would make it on time. Professional through and through!
