Amanda has been our realtor for two property sales. She knows the real estate business extremely well. She is professional, hardworking and honest. She never let us down. She stays on top of all aspects of the transactions. She promptly responds to emails and phone calls. She was able to answer any questions we had. Nothing slows her down or holds her back. If a difficult issue comes up, she is able to figure it out and make things come together and work out. I highly recommend Amanda Pinkerton. She is the best.

Amanda went the extra mile when selling my property, from getting it on social media platforms, staging, keeping me informed of the progress and having professional staff involved to finalize the close. Amanda worked tirelessly with us throughout an extremely difficult deal. Everything seemed to go along smooth at first then the difficulties began with the buyers not being able to close. She walked us through several revisions and when we had enough assisted us cancelling the deal. Amanda was pleasant and helpful throughout and took her fiduciary responsibilities seriously even though the deal was not completed. And all during a pandemic.
