If you are looking to buy or rent a home I highly recommend Amanda Powell. Amanda and her team give nothing but red carpet service. They helped us sell our home and purchase a new home and were very diligent in the entire process. The absolute best thing about working with Amanda is communication. It was a pleasure working with Amanda! She made the process very easy. We wanted to stay in a specific school zone, and she was patient with us especially with it hindering or search. Purchasing a home was new to my husband and myself, she answered any questions we had and always responded quickly when we needed her. When we finally found a home after six months of looking, Amanda was quick to put in our offer and stayed in contact with both the seller and I to ensure we could call this place home. After we bought the home, we had some plumbing issues. I reached out to Amanda and she even helped us get it taken care of. She pushed hard to have the sellers come out and fix the problem. We’ve been in our home for three months and I can’t thank her enough. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home, she is personable and professional and made this home buying experience a piece of cake. Thank you Amanda!
