We contacted Amy Beckum about 18 months ago in 2016 concerning the sale of our house. At the time we were still in the red so Amy gave some options. We weren't ready to short sell at the time so we decided to wait it out. In June/July of 2017, she called us to say that our home was finally in the black and that she would be happy to help if we still intended to sell. Wow, she kept our info for over a year and kept track of the home's value. How awesome is that!!?? We live about 5000 miles from California on a small island in the Pacific so we didn't know how this whole thing would go. Amy did EVERYTHING. From the painters to the cleanup to the carpeting to finding buyers she handled it ALL and finished it up in record time. She made the entire sale VERY EASY. I would recommend Amy Beckum to anyone either selling or buying a home in Southern California. She is the very best.

Amy is a great realtor. She provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable. Amy was always prompt with answering any calls and messages. I highly recommend her as an agent.

I am so pleased with the service Amy provided. What could have been a high-stress situation, turned into an enjoyable experience. Amy sold my home in a matter of days. Her contacts and clients are extensive. The sale went through with no glitches. Amy has all the latest technology at her finger tips, which helped with the timing of the sale. Not only is Amy an experienced realtor, she has a great personality and a caring heart.

We told Amy exactly what we were looking for in terms of house size, location, lot size. She showed us what we wanted. From the time we started looking to the time we were in our new house was about 45 days max!
