Amy was a professional from start to finish and beyond. She listened and observed what our preferences were as we looked at many listings. She then found several options to visit. When we found the one for which we wanted to make an offer, Amy negotiated in a calm and respectful manner, even when a few "bumps" in the process appeared. After closing, Amy continued to check in with us to make sure a few of the last details were being cared for. She made us feel like we were her only clients, though we knew she was quite busy. I would highly recommend Amy without hesitation.

Michael helped us to buy our first home! He was always so patient and helpful. Any time I had questions, (which was a lot) if he didn't know the answer he always found it out quickly, no matter how crazy the question! Michael and Amy worked great together too, one of them was always available to talk to at all times! Great to work with, and they never made us feel intimidated or pressured to buy! Thanks Michael and Amy!!

We spent the day with Michael today, he was just great. He spent the entire day with us driving sometimes rough terrain to help us find our dream Montana ranch home. He's knowledgable, personable and works with you to find and identify what you need. We didn't find our house today and he's hard at work finding more homes for us to view. Highly recommend.

Amy Ference is absolutely phenomenal at what she does! When she represented us she went above and beyond expectations to help get us exactly what we were looking for (and believe me, we weren't the easiest clients ;)). Amy was extremely amazing when closing the deal for our lot, but the best thing about working with Amy is that her love for her clients & what she does has continued to show! We feel very lucky to have met Amy and have her as our relator! I will continue to recommend her to everyone I know who is looking to find a place to call home!

Amy was an awesome person to deal with. She kept us informed each step of the way through this process even when there were some curveball. If she did not know an answer to something right off the top of her head she would find it out as quickly as possible. She stayed on top of things and seem to go to extra effort to ensure things got done. I don't plan on buying a house again for awhile but if I were too I would defeintly trust Amy to work with again. Her husband was also very nice and helpful. I would recommend any of my family and friends to them in a second.
