I recently had the pleasure of working with Anna, an outstanding realtor who truly went above and beyond in every aspect of the home-buying process. Anna provided insightful recommendations and was always available to answer our questions, no matter how small. What stood out most was her dedication to ensuring that I felt comfortable and confident in my decisions. She recommended movers, and several tradesmen to help us transition and have our home move in ready. Throughout the entire process, Anna was proactive, often anticipating challenges and addressing them before they became issues. We contacted Ana as part of our search for an agent to sell our home in Bethesda. After meeting with her, our choice was made. Ana’s knowledge of the local markets, pricing fluctuations, demand, historical data and pricing forecasts was impressive. Ana advised us on how to best present the house to market and once we listed with her, due to knowledge and contacts, we had an offer we accepted within 24hrs. We were so impressed we worked with Ana to find our next home and had signed a contract to purchase within two weeks. Ana arranged for both closings to happen on the same morning. We couldn’t have been happier working with Ana.

Ana was amazing. She's a lion when it comes to negotiating with buyers and all the trades we needed to get this 60 year old house through to the finish line. She knew that the estimates to repair something were super inflated and went the distance to get a fourth estimate which came in at almost half of what the lowest of the other estimates were. She was great in that she was a mile from the house and I was hours out of state and she did everything when it came to meeting with trades, finding me amazing people for clean out and flooring and carpeting, and did everything in a cost efficient manor and as fast as possible to get this sale through. Will work with her again!

It is hard to express in words how Anna performed as our realtor, she was incredible. We did not know Anna before our current relationship, she was recommended to us by my Son and Daughter-in-Law; she helped them sell and buy several homes on their behalf. Talking to Anna was so easy, she was so knowledgeable, as she walked us through all the steps needed to ready our home to sell. We felt very comfortable calling her with any questions and concerns, and we had many. Physically we were unable to do certain things, so she arranged for a moving company to help us pack and move all the heavy items. Learning all the legal requirements and Real-estate jargon was difficult to comprehend. Anna has the patience of a saint, she simplified a very complex process into easy, manageable, and understandable steps. If you need a realtor and truly a champion on your side, we highly recommend Anna, she knows her business extremely well and works very hard to ensure you get multiple offers and helps you choose the best deal, she is amazing! We highly recommend Anna as your real estate agent!

There are realtors..and then there is ANA M0THAFCKN DUBIN!! This woman doesn't just negotiate deals, she dominates them! She will give you boss energy all day everyday and she is NOT to be trifled with--not today, not any day, not even if there's a fire. If there is a fire, it's probably because of the intense heat she will bring to every deal she makes. Not only is she an absolute expert and genius at what she does, she is so fun to work with and will get you to closing come hell or high water. She made this process so much easier than we could have ever dreamed, hyped us up, comforted us when our first house fell through (bogus septic, nothing to do with her), and presented us with plenty of options for house hunting and negotiating. We could not have been happier with our experience!! This hot boss in charge will work around the clock for you--if you don't sign on with Ana, I wish you all the best with your swamp shack.
