Purchasing a home is a very uncertain and often scary journey. Anabella and Jaz helped me from start to finish with my home purchase. They are absolutely amazing and take being your concierge seriously. They are professional, kind and are strong advocates for you during the home buying purchase. There were several bumps along the way during my purchase but Anabella and Jaz were on top of everything! If you message them, they will get back to you immediately. I am so pleased and happy with how my home purchase went with them. I would recommend Anabella and Jaz. They are an amazing team. Annabella recently represented me on the sale of my house and she did an absolutely flawless job. I could not be more pleased! Her attitude was always positive and her energy level is off the charts. Working with Anabella and her team was the best decision my family and I made. Purchasing our 1st home had became a nightmare with our previous realtor, but once we started with Anabella, she made the process so easy and was always there when we needed her. She made us feel like a priority at all times and she always kept a positive and understanding attitude. She was able to get us the perfect home. Anabella and her team or amazing! They exceeded our expectation every step of the way. We initially called Anabella to get a second opinion on our homes value and what improvements she recommended, but we planned to use a real estate agent who sold our previous home three years ago. We were so impressed with Anabella that we decided to hire her instead, And we have been very happy with our choice. Anabella was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of marketing and selling a home. Her advice and predictions were spot on. We were a bit concerned because she thought our house was worth more than our previous agent estimated, and we had been burned before when we listed another home for too much money years ago.
