Andrea Sturdivant is a go-getter! We were under a specific deadline to sell our home and she had two contracts before it even went live. She communicated with us every step of the way and gave us great advice. We were so thankful she was our realtor.

Andrea helped us find the owner of a lot at Ransom Canyon. She was able to negotiate a price we could afford and then sold our home for us! My husband and I highly recommend Andrea for your next land and/or home sale!

My family and I bought a house through Andrea. If I could rate higher, I definitely would! After a first tour of a possible home, she immediately knew what we wanted and stopped at nothing until she found our dream home. She was always up front about any possible issues within a home, and never steered us wrong. Andrea made such this journey so smooth and explained all of the steps in details that we would understand. She treated my daughter with such care and even involved her in the process which made house hunting with a child way easier. If you are looking for a home, I HIGHLY recommend Andrea!

Andrea Sturdivant has an excellent feel for the market in Lubbock and West Texas overall. She also understands the ins and outs of the process. She helped us prep the house for sale, priced the house at the top of the market (but not above market value), marketed it prior to sale, understood the timing for the best sale, had three potential buyers the first day, completed the sale while helping us negotiate the final details with our personal interests in mind. In addition, she helped us locate a new home in a new town and walked us through the buying process with the same expertise. She also manages a home renovation business, so she is trained to see both the work a house needs and the potential that a house holds. On a personal note, Andrea listened to our needs and desires when it came to the house sale and the new house purchase. She was honest when necessary, but she was also very helpful and willing to dream with us. She has several clients, but we always felt that we were a priority when she was with us. I have great respect for Andrea's work ethic and knowledge of the realtor business. I enthusiastically recommend her for your next house sale or purchase. Note: this is our second time to work with Andrea. She also helped us buy and sell homes in 2013.
