James was very professional, friendly, and honest. Since I live in Washington, I could not be in Baker City to view the homes that I was interested in. He went above and beyond to video the homes and was honest in his perceptions. Due to circumstances, our search is on hold right now but plan to continue to contact James when we continue our home search.

Andrew was phenomenal. I had been looking for a home for a few months with various other realtors but, after one phone call to Andrew I put in a bid and had it accepted on the same day! He has consistently gone above and beyond in helping me. From referring me to good people to taking care of issues with my home that I could not due to being a distance away prior to my move over. I don't believe I could have met another realtor that was so kind, helpful, and invested in making things happen for me. I am extremely grateful for all he has done and cannot thank him enough.

We've used Andrew for 2 sales and 1 purchase over the last 4 years. We've always felt heard and respected in our personal and financial endeavors. Andrew was great to work with and really helped me through the process of purchasing my first home. He was always more than willing to walk me through all the intricacies of home buying as well as bringing an extensive knowledge of the local market. I would definitely recommend Andrew to a prospective buyer or seller.
