Andrew was a big help he helped me and my girlfriend by our first home in under 3 months. The process was smooth, fast, and most of all stress free. I highly recommend Andrew to anyone for purchasing a home weather it’s your first or second home he’s the man for the job.

We absolutely love having Andrew as our realtor. He recently helped my husband and I buy a property to build our future home on. From start to finish he answered all of my questions promptly (and trust me I always have a lot of questions!! ??). Andrew did an absolutely amazing job when helping us get the house of our dreams. With only 1 month from offer to close we had a ton to do in a short time. Andrew not only got it done, but made sure we were informed about every step of the process. Andrew was completely upfront, transparent, and honest about everything, even when it wasn't what I wanted to hear. I can't recommend Andrew enough and I appreciate everything he did to get us in our new home!

He was such an incredible resource in helping us to find exactly what we needed and taught us the best things to look out for. He was also instrumental in helping us identify the best ways to form a fair and fast offer, which was almost immediately accepted. The whole process was made better with Andrew there. My wife and I are immensely blessed to have had Andrew Dilg as our realtor. As first time home-buyers, we didn’t know what to expect and how to go about the whole process. Right off the bat, Andrew went above and beyond in helping us. He laid out a timeline and walked us through it step by step. He was always available via text or phone call. He proof-read all of the documents from the developers, and even broke down the items for us into layman’s terms. He was extremely patient with all our questions and made us feel taken care of like family. He truly served as a good mediator between us and the builder/ contractor/ bank. Additionally, he provided a lot of insight and gave valuable suggestions on upgrades that would add value to the home while sticking to our budget as we went through the rigorous process of building the home with our developer. If you are looking to buy a home, for the first time or the tenth, Andrew is your guy! We cannot recommend him highly enough and we were very fortunate to have had a mutual friend introduce him to us. His work ethic and genuineness shines through. We would very highly recommend him as a realtor to anyone getting into the stressful and exciting process of home-buying.
