Andy was the seller agent on an open house we went to look at and we just had a really good first impression. He was honest and really cared about what we were looking for. I actually waived a $900 potential credit from my mortgage lender to use their preferred agent because I trusted Andy after meeting him only once. He provided the exact level of advice and information that we wanted which tells me that he listens and understands priorities. I would recommend Andy to my friends and family without hesitation.

Andy provided vital insights into the local housing market, recommendations on what to (and what not to) repair/update/alter both internal and external on our property. Andy also provided a number of requested referral companies for a variety of services from window repairs to landscaping to house cleaning. I would (and have) recommend Andy's services to anyone looking for a local expert in the real estate market.
