I 1000% recommend Andrey!! He was very communicative and understanding about our wants and needs. We did a new build home and we would not have been able to do that without Andrey’s help! He was persistent which is just what was needed in this process dealing with the builder. He is very professional and truly cares about his clients. My husband and I chose to work with Andrey after he invested a two hour phone call where he deep dove into all aspects of being a first home buyer. From there he asked us about our values and our goals related to real estate. He was so kind in answering every question we had and being very thoughtful in his responses. Throughout the entire process of working with Andrey we felt like he went to battle for us. He wanted us to feel safe with him and his approach with our home and investment. When it seemed like a hopeless venture to buy my first house, Andrey Gulchuk was in my corner every step of the way and there is no one else I'd rather have there.Thanks to Andrey, his professionalism, creative thinking, and quick response we were able to make it happen.He is always there when you need him, always prepared for the next step, and has always been great in making sure that he has open communication with his clients. Thank you Andrey for helping to make this process far less stressful. In the end I didn't even need to bring anything to closing but my signature. Working with Andrey was a great experience, as first time buyers we had doubts of the entire process but he was very informative and made everything easy for us. He focuses more on the person and building a genuine relationship with clients. He also looks out for what is best for you and we never felt he was trying to sell us something. I definitely recommend working with Andrey, there are many realtors who can do the job but he brings additional value on top of that.
