As an out of town buyer, Andy went out of his way to keep us up to date on all listings - including doing videotaping. Once the ideal property was found, Andy worked with all parties to ensure that the property closed. VERY responsive to all questions - never more than a 10 minute delay getting back even when he was very busy. Courteous and very communicative.

Andy Burch is the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with hands down. He goes above and beyond for his clients and made sure every concern and question I had was answered promptly. No hidden fees no loopholes no hoops to jump through. Andy made it so every aspect of the closing process was smooth. He made sure to remind of setting up any utilities and helped me with questions I had about that as well. As a first time homebuyer there are many details you don’t know or even think about. Andy was so helpful explaining and asking questions we didn’t even know we had.
