We had a very great experience working with Angela to find our first home. She is very thorough in her analysis of each home we had seen, potential price point we should make the offer for, issues to look for based on type of construction and materials used, potential expenses we may incur after buying, etc. she had shown us so many homes over 2 years and never pressured us at all - she always wanted us to buy a home that we feel ‘home’, to our liking and never deviated from that policy of hers. Very prompt in responses, always available to answer questions. And best part is her service after closing to help us settle down in the home very comfortably. For example, She went ahead and talked to OEM company to get us items instead of we purchasing it from market to have a specific repair done. She also helped us with questions about the local area and schools which helped us to zero in on the specific area where we wanted to live. I highly recommend Angela especially for her support throughout the process, knowledge and tips, and support/service after closing.

Mrs. Outterbridge is very knowledgeable and professional in regards to buying and selling a home. My husband and I have been working with Mrs. Outterbridge for close to a year. She has been very patient throughout the process of searching for the right home for us. Mrs. Outterbridge answered all of our questions regarding the pros and cons of selling our old home. She helped us find a home that is absolutely perfect for our family and we are happy and excited about our new home purchase. We moved to a new area where we knew no one. By just good luck, we were fortunate to get Angela as our Agent. We gave her our criteria with some unique requirements (wheelchair in household) and she made herself readily available, found great homes to check out and ultimately found the perfect home for us. Also negotiated a lower price in highly desirable area. Even more impressive, she has continued to help us with some post-sale issues. In short: Angela rocks!
