Angie is by far the best realtor I have worked within Florida. Her love for what she does helps you find the home of your dreams. She will help you negotiate the best price for your home and has a lot of knowledge regarding the craftsmanship of homes. She can spot things in the home immediately that the average home buyer would miss. She is also very familiar with the VA process and has programs dedicated to veterans. Angie is my lifelong realtor and I thank her and Dave for the support they gave us buying our home!

I had a difficult situation where after loss of my partner I was left with 3 homes, my primary home unable to sell for its value. The original agent did virtually nothing for 2 years, while the bank patiently waited (I did involve a RE lawyer). When his contract expired, I had Angie take over and things started to happen. I wish I had known her two years earlier! Angie was IMMEDIATELY all over it and went directly to the bank to discuss options. In the end, it all worked out the best it could for me, and Angie was a bulldog the whole way. Constantly on top of things, adjusting to changes and concerns, and negotiating on my behalf. She also had resources to help get me the best financing (I’m VA), and that team was just as tenacious. On searching for a new home, she was EXTREMELY patient with me, and quickly learned what would work and not work. I think we explored at least 3 counties and explored all sorts of options. I ended up finding what I think is the best possible option, and I LOVE the new home and neighborhood. Here too, she was on top of the coordination with the Sellers agent, closing company, pushing the VA (yes there were issues we had to “fight” for). Besides all of that she found resources for moving, and many other aspects involved in getting me taken care of. If I had to compare Angie to a Fast Food restaurant (for the sake of the analogy), she’s working Fries, Shakes, Drive Thru, Grill and Counter! She does it ALL and most important she does it WELL!

Working with Angie was incredible! I worked with her on buying my first home and couldn't be happier! She really takes the time to make sure you are comfortable with the whole process which was so helpful for me as I was a first time veteran home buyer. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about the paperwork and processes that go into the transaction, but she is also dedicated to helping you find the house that is the best fit for you. We must have gone to 30 houses in the span of a few weeks before finally settling on my new home! I am so grateful I had the opportunity to work with Angie and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy property in the Tampa Bay area!

Angie was amazing and extremely comfortable to work with. She was very responsive to my needs and willing to work with me via email and text as we were trying to buy our new home from several hours away. I highly recommend Angie. I can happily state that she will be the person I use for any and all of my future real estate transactions in this area. Thanks Angie!!

Angie was awesome to work with very knowledgeable with the process and the area we were looking. She took all of our wishes into consideration before showing us homes.
