Matt skillfully helped my husband and I learn more about different options because when we started looking for a house we wanted opposite things! Matt was super patient with us and showed us options that I thought I wanted, options that my husband thought he wanted, and eventually helped us find a house that had what we both wanted!! He was so quick to respond, so knowledgable about the area (he grew up here) and I would recommend him to anyone!

Angie and her team at House of Brokers were excellent. My husband and I were moving from three states away and Angie shared her knowledge of the greater Columbia area, the housing market and the process of home buying with us. She and her team were incredibly responsive and very pro-active during the entire process. I would highly recommend House of Brokers.

She helped us buy the home in a month that we had been looking on our own for over a year. When we listed our old home with her we had two offers in 3 days and sold for more than the original list price.

Prior to working with Angie, I had had a bad realtor experience and was a little wary of the process. Angie was incredibly helpful, she listened to what I wanted, she respected my budget, she worked with my crazy work schedule, she helped me narrow down my preferences, she negotiated well, and now that the process is over she is still keeping in touch to make sure everything has gone smoothly.

Great realtor and very knowledgeable. Angie was also very personable and not pushy at all. I felt as though Angie truly wanted us to find the perfect house and not to just rush into something. We did find the perfect house and are very happy!
